registerCapability handler despite dynamicRegistration set to false

• LSP version: Version: 0.12.1, commit 4867da4 (Typst version 0.10.0)
• OS version and name: Alpine Linux 3.18

• I am on the latest stable version of the extension/LSP.
• I have searched the issues of this repo and believe that this is not a duplicate (this harmless warning appears in other issues too, but only across logs. Never mentioned by users)

Issue

When running typst_lsp on Noevim, I get

The languages server typst_lsp triggers a registerCapability handler despite dynamicRegistration set to false. Report upstream, this warning is harmless. 

Hopefully this repo is the right upstream.
