Numaflow UI showing wrong health status for ISB

Describe the bug
Numaflow Pipeline is showing health status for ISB buffer as failed, but there is no restarts or any error logs in ISB pods. Pipeline is also running fine without any problem.

Expected behavior
The pipeline ISB health status should have been healthy
