[Rednukem - Redneck Rampage] Music does not start playing during demos or after loading a saved game

RR in DOS starts playing music automatically when the demo starts in the main menu. Rednukem does not, which I guess leads to music also not start playing when loading a saved game. The workaround that I found is either starting a new game and then loading your saved game, or loading the saved game and going to the 8-track player and starting the music from there.
