You can't remove packages that other packages depends on (like .NET) - so user 
want to know - what packages can be removed right now ("leaves" in dependecies 
tree).
Another issue - column "Leaf/Node" in package list.

This is probably obsolete. The current version shows a warning dialog listing all the package versions that will be removed.
