subsection默认字号错误 #131

毕设格式检测平台报错：字号错误(要求：小四(12.0磅), 实际：四号(14.0磅))

本人在setup中手动设置style/subsec-zihao = -4后，平台不再报错

请大佬修复一下，指定默认字号为-4而不是4

《西安电子科技大学本科生毕业设计（论文）撰写规范》对三级标题无要求，而且已经提供了接口修改，目前维持现状。

我目前由于某些原因无法提交新版本，我会在下半年与教务处沟通并更新。

了解了，不过我觉得如果可以的话尽量改下，因为很多人都是默认一把梭，不会特别注意，退一步说也能避免手动更改的麻烦

大佬辛苦了！实际上大佬的模板在检测平台里也就我提出的这几个问题，错误非常少，感谢大佬的无私付出
