Prioritize complete and contiguous matches in tag entry

Feature description

• When adding a tag to a note, typing a few characters makes Notable suggest matching tags, but often the top results are not the ones with complete/contiguous matches.

For example, searching for mytag can often show tags like great Amy (which has all the characters) before the actual mytag.

Also, if you have a tag called my great car and another called car, searching for car should show the second one before my great car (prioritize complete matches).
