The latest 4 commits seem to be missing from the compiled release version (e.g. webp support). Wanna release the 1.7.15?

I'm sorry about that. The build got broken again, I haven't found the time/desire to fix it, and no PR addresses it either...

Thanks for the reply @marcandre. What part of the build got broken? The local build seems to work normally.

The automated test suite. Then it needs to be migrated to github actions, but that's easier.
