Вынести указание версии в settings VkBot.constructor
В файлах прописана жестко версия API
node-vk-bot-api\lib\api.js
node-vk-bot-api\lib\methods\execute.js
для более гибкого использования предлагаю перенести версию в settings VkBot.constructor
потом через this.version передавать в эти файлы
