This can be used in various parts of the toolkit sites for rotating logos in the banner, testimonials, etc. There is probably already a jquery tool that does exactly what we need here. If not we'll make one.

looks interesting but we don't usually pay for software if we can help it. we try to use open source tools or we can usually code what we need - unless it's a platform or service

For reference this is the rotator that is needed. Simple, lazy loading rotator for the logos portion of the toolkit hero.
