Scroll speed does nothing when scroll smoothness is off [bug] #940

Description

Like it sounds, when I have scroll smoothness set to off to remove inertial scrolling, the mouse always scrolls all at the same (slow) speed. Changing the scroll speed field to Slow, Medium or High does not affect the scroll speed.

When I set scroll smoothness to regular or high, then the scroll speed property speeds up/slows down the scrolling speed as expected.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set scroll smoothness to off
  2. Change the scroll speed (Low, Medium, High)
  3. Observe how changing the value does not affect the scroll speed

Turning scroll speed to on restores scroll speed functionality.

Context

Mac Mouse Fix Version: 3.0.2
macOS Version: Sonoma 14.4
Mouse Model: –
