Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Check that the workflow fails if the upload is unsuccessful? Unfortunately, it did not, which lead to this issue not being caught quickly.

Describe the solution you would like.

Check and then change the workflow, if needed

Describe alternatives you have considered
