What are the current conflict of interest rules for Nivenly? Specifically, what the rules—or lack thereof—for the following?

  1. Can a general member vote on their own project or a project they are an active contributor to in order that it becomes a "Nivenly Project"
  2. Do delegates or trade members, who represent a branch of the Nivenly Senate, get to vote as general members as well?
  3. Are there any recusal rules around conflict of interest (beyond those that are required by law for nonprofits), such as requiring people to abstain if they believe that a reasonable person would conclude they have a conflict of interest? If there are such rules, are they different for general members versus delegates?
