Add observation sync status #58

Initial thoughts are to show users in the 'Me' tab status on observations they have created.

Ideas:

Throw in a segmented control that allows users to switch between observations that have synced and observations that have not synced or failed sync.
Use same table view but have 2 sections, not synced (or not successfull), and synced.

Also considering adding some status to the observation view itself. IE in the Android version there is a sync header that show status.
