Take the IA tools from GeoEvents that proxy through WMS requests and apply PIL imagery modifications to tweak change the brightness and contrast of images.

  • Pass them through a local proxy
  • Protect that proxy usage
  • Cache these images tiles (before and after they've been requested and edited)
  • Build a UI widget to add that layer and change it
  • Submit that layer back to the job for others to also use
