Advanced Table Component Features

There's 2 features I'd like to suggest & also ask how would one implement them now?

1. Click and Drag table rows to change the ordering
   

2. Indentation / Subgroups / Tree view (example bellow)

|- Animal
|--- Tiger
|--- Bear
|- Food
|--- Starter
|--- Dessert
|------ Chocolate
|--- Main

In the end I'd like both of these features to combine and allow rows to be dragged in and out of subgroups.
