Filter creator not working for shared table

1 Create a new vacation request table
2 Create a vacation request in the vacation request view
3 Exit the vacation request view
4 Re-enter the vacation request view => Vacation request exist
5 Share the vacation request view to another user
6 Other user create a vacation request
7 Other user exit and re-enter the vacation request view => Vacation request does not exist.

The filter creator only works for the person who created the view.

Different behaviour than #769 closing #769

Expected behavior

The filter creator should work on any user

Actual behavior

The filter creator works only on the person who created the table
