Document Verify ACL access when listing files option

When setting up an SMB share with External Storage Support enabled via the appropriate app, there's an option called Verify ACL access when listing files.

However, there is no documentation available, that I could find. Please document this option and explain what it does.

I would suggest to add the documentation to Configuring External Storage.
