How does the Neon community recommend handle sharding, sub-tenancy, and data sovereignty?
Some important questions:
If K of my N customers all reside in the EU and need their data to stay in the EU, how do I ensure that? Do I create a separate database for EU? Similarly, can I restrict compute for EU-specific data to EU compute resources?
If 1 customer wants all their data to reside in a dedicated database, how do I manage keeping the schemas in sync?
How can I prevent certain rows (e.g. owned by a customer who has not given permission) or columns (e.g. email_address) from being forked / cloned into other regions or developers' machines?
