[ENH] - make easy-to-find argo job names

Feature description

When running a notebook via the scheduler, I have the option to view the job in the argo UI. However, the names of the jobs are not user friendly, e.g., job-def-d6d3f58d-e991-4595-8cb5-faa1d50638dd-1716484200. Can the notebook name and/or other unique info (tags) be prepended, or at least appended, to the job name in argo?

Value and/or benefit

This would help the user find jobs more quickly rather than having to click on the notebook job to view details, find the job ID, and match the ID in the argo UI.
