Add new components to @nanlabs/react-ui

Describe the feature

This Feature Request is going to tackle in NaNLABS's frontend practice. The motivation is starting to create engagement for learning the workflow for the nancy.js project.

Use Case

we want to provide an easy way to access different pre-baked react components. So these components should be used in the following way:

import { MyComponent } from "@nanlabs/react-lib-ui"

Proposed Solution

We want to create new hooks at packages/react-ui.
