クラスタはいつか破壊的な更新しなければならないため、古いクラスタから新しいクラスタにリソースを移行できるようしたほうがいい

ただ、n0stackが責任を持つべきかは微妙である

ちなみにしばらくやるつもりはない

n0protoが下位互換性をなくす、我が家のサーバを刷新するなどのタイミングでやるつもり
