cut -d: -f2 => cuts a delimited file, selects field 2 (name:zeshan) => zeshan
sort -bf => ignore leading whitespace
uniq => only print unique lines
wc => word count
grep someone ./* => all the files that contained someone in current folder
grep someone ./* | uniq | cut -d: f1
