Node ID rotation speed.

I picked this problem up from the recent AMA from a node runner and said I would do a feature request on his/her behalf, there has also been questions asked on discord related to this in the past.

Mysterium dark users often search the API for nodes in a specific country > region > city.
By the time they have found a node they want to connect to it has rotated out of the ID rotation and they can not connect to it.

Would it be possible to increase the delay for the rotation to 10-30 seconds to allow users wanting to use a specific node more time to find and connect to one using the Mysterium Dark app.
