In Twitter Web Client, you can add an image by pasting a file from clipboard.
It is very useful because you don't need to open 2 windows.
You will copy an image in Explorer or ShareX will save the screenshot in clipboard, next you just press Ctrl+V to paste the image.

I don't know what kind of information is saved in clipboard but I don't think it is so hard to implement.
