Language が ja, en 以外に設定されていたり、
SelectedItem が Account にないもの以外を設定されていたり、
TopMost が HOGE に設定されていても、そのプロパティを初期化するようにしたい。

I want to correct any wrong or modified config file, such as

Language isn't set to either ja or en
SelectedItem isn't set from any of Account list.
TopMost isn'set set to either True or False
