Add global mdl-dialog-config

Is there any way to apply global mdl-dialog-config options for the whole app? Basically the issue that I am seeing is that if I want to turn off the animation I have to pass the {animate: false} config to every location where I am using the dialog. It would be great if we could set global settings.
