Toolbox Items missing/Greyed out

In VS 2022 when the .efmodel file is opened, there is no toolbox items available. If I select Show All in the Toolbox context menu, it shows the EF Model Diagrams category but all options are greyed out. Please advise.

I had the same issue with all the tools being grayed out. Visual Studio 17.3.3 (2022 Community)

I was able to use the 'Reset Toolbox' option (right click on the toolbox) to get the EF Model Diagrams tools to show up in the Toolbox again. Reset took a long time to complete and generated an error but in the end, the tools did come back.
