It would be really very useful to have ability to quickly switch stay on top with mouse only.

Yes, that requires keyboard, but it's not convinient.
You know, you can minimize (Win+Down↓), maximize (Win+Up↑) and close (Alt+F4 or ESC, or Shift+q, or q) with keyboard as well.

also that option in menu, window, toggle on top
