Translate all code comments from Russian to English

Sergei did all of his variables etc in English but obviously he’s more comfortable working in Russian, so the code comments aren’t surprising. I’m using Google Translate to do some easier stuff and making my own decisions on syntax, but some hard sentences are pretty tough to do.

Ideally I need a Russian speaker to translate and check everything for me.

I think I’m probably about a third of the way through this work. I’ve had to correct a few typos and also changed the “boinc” indicator in the disk space panel to “in use” - we know it’s boinc and that seems a more useful label.

Slow going but I’ll aim for 50% and see what more I can do.
