Significant ZSH Performance Slowdown After Adding gvm to PATH #462

Hi author and community. I'm writing to report a significant performance slowdown in zsh after adding gvm to my PATH environment variable. When the gvm entry is included in the PATH, zsh performance is noticeably sluggish. However, the issue is resolved once I comment out the line adding gvm to the PATH, restoring zsh to its normal speed.

For your reference, I've attached a video demonstrating the performance difference before and after commenting out the gvm PATH entry. Thank you!
