App blocked when modify transaction

Reproduction steps:

Open mmb file on gdrive

Right click and modify, or click modify button on any transaction .

Expected result:

Open modify transaction tab

Actual result:

App blocked

Any G-drive file is located locally, but permanently a certain service monitors the status of the file in order to synchronize all changes with the cloud. The Sqlite database is used for the MMEX application. This program must have the exclusive right to use mmb file until the application is closed.
I think that's the problem.
