How to hide the png icon bgcolor

i try to send a toast with png icon, but the toast's icon will have a blue bgcolor(seems is the system theme color), i want a perfect png icon.

I need help finding information about the supported formats for the Toast Notifications on Windows. The official page does not mention anything about changing the background of the PNG image.

Could you provide an example?

This seems to be a pretty consistent behavior with many apps toasts, I'm curious if only UWP apps properly support transparency.
