What happened?

Expected behavior

I think it might be a problem for SEO, that the anchors in the headlines are inside the Hx.

Analyzing the outline of an article in Surfer SEO it looks like this:

Surfer SEO support writes that they read the document like Google. So if the Permalink should be there, then it should probably be put outside of the H2.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

This is the behaviour right of the box.
