Croissant GitHub codespace paid by ML Commons?

GitHub codespaces can be enabled and paid by organizations:

We can also create a custom codespace with the dependencies Croissant needs.

This would allow a Croissant contributors (or external users too, if we decide to), to quickly start hacking on the Croissant project, try things out, run tests, etc.

@petermattson what do you think? Would there be budget for that?
