The command wget https://github.com/devkitPro/pacman/releases/download/v1.0.2/devkitpro-pacman.amd64.deb in the Linux / WSL (Ubuntu) compilation instructions fails because the link leads to a 404 page.

This can be fixed by installing pacman using the debian instructions on the pacman 1.0.2 release tag
