Adding better UI components and CSS utilities

Problem Description

I was trying to make a Tree Component to close this issue #5627 but there will be a lot of work to write a common component which is already available in most of the popular UI libraries Utilities

Proposal

I think mitmweb should have a UI component library or better utility CSS (instead of bootstrap)
options

• tailwind (CSS utility)
• MUI
• Ant design
• chakra
• Bulma

Edit: After reading a lot of closed issues on CSS i knew that you are already struggling with CSS,If its ok i can try migrating current components to whatever option you guys go with
