Own name in bold in references

Hi,

I include my publications in the cv with bibliography_entries("references.bib")

An example entry in references.bib is:

Is there a way to display the own name in bold?

I agree this would be a very useful feature. I've been asked to bold/italicize student's names.

This is difficult (not possible?) to do in the CSL file, but it should be do-able using a pandoc lua filter. Some related discussion can be found here:

This is a very common request, and it could be possible to bundle the filter into the {vitae} package.
