As the title says really. When one has a project and looks at a noise to change some settings, then switches back to editing a related DF, the visualization on the right will then be set to the "Side" view, even if it was previously set to "Top" or "3D" (though 3D seems to be broken quite frequently anyways).
This has confused me multiple times as the currently selected view is also not displayed at the top unless one hovers over the cube icon. I would suggest retaining the previous setting for view direction when switching away from and back to the DF generator, and to replace the cube icon with the text specifying the currently selected view direction.
