We have a few error when sending trigger due to bad data quality :
ex: [HTTP 400] Unable to create record: To number: +33696975876, is not a mobile
It would be nice to have a report sent to the RedCall user that created the redcall, that list the users so that actions are taken :
Volunteer updated or removed.
It could be done in batch once a night, or when the trigger is fully sent.
