We should generate and publish feature documentation like https://github.com/devcontainers/features/tree/main/src/aws-cli

This can be done with version 0.58.0 of https://github.com/devcontainers/cli

devcontainer features generate-docs --project-folder ./features/src --namespace ministryofjustice
