How to force diagram to be larger (width and height)

I am trying to fit labels better with the arrows that connect the nodes. I was hoping making the diagram larger would help with that. Is that feasible, I have a diagram with over 100 nodes, and many more edges, the labels are stepping over each other.

You might be able to use the Graphviz dot attributes as documented here (very bottom of page).
