个人认为 validate 和 swagger 的关联性是较强的，因此 ApiProperty 也放在了 dto model 中。

但是在 PickDto 或 OmitDto 只继承了 RULES_KEY 装饰器的 Metadata，是否应该为这俩函数提供一个可选参数继承其他装饰器的 Metadata？
