是否考虑支持res.write 以及stream

目前看起来res.write和stream都是不支持的，这两个功能都是很重要的，希望能够尽快加入

midway-faas 是更加贴近于一个通用的上层封装，而 stream 是要看具体平台的 runtime 是否支持才能加入的（write 是 stream 实例的接口），这个没办法标准化。
