problem with Microsoft 365 Integration #2539
Comments
May I ask what happened when you click the "Provide admin consent" button on the local_o365 configuration page? Did you see the Microsoft login page and the prompt to give admin consent? Regards, |

Hello everyone!
I am having an issue with the Microsoft 365 Integration plugin. Here are the details:
Moodle version: 4.3.3 (also tested on 4.1.9)
Plugin version: Latest
I followed the instructions on the Moodle documentation (https://docs.moodle.org/403/en/Microsoft_365) but I am stuck at the "Plugin local_o365 configuration" step. When I click the "Update" button at the end, the page refreshes and nothing happens. There are no messages or errors, just a page reload.
Logging in through the "Login to the portal" button using OpenID does not work either. It just redirects me to the main page.
There are no messages in debug mode.
There are no errors in the web server logs.
There are no network requests from the server to MS when I click the "Update" button in the 365 plugin settings or when I try to authenticate through 365.
I would appreciate any advice on how to troubleshoot this issue.
Thank you.
