When using Calculator in Standard mode, using '%' will clear all input in all fields, and will not act as if it is a percentage input.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enter input into calculator
  2. Press '%'
  3. Observe results

OS: Microsoft Windows Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.4170)

OS Build: 10.0.19045.0

Dev Version Installed: False
Requested Assignment
I'm just reporting this problem. I don't want to fix it.

Some more details:
If you enter a number and press enter, or enter a number and don't press enter it clears all fields, but if you perform a calculation of (+, -, *, or /) and then pres "%" it works.

If a calculation has been carried out, even after clearing the calculator (CE) the % function will work any input even if a function has not been carried out.
