Azure Data Studio Version: 1.48.0 (system setup)
OS Version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.19045

Steps to Reproduce:

Enable the 'Git: Post Commit Command' in settings (User, Workspace or Folder) by setting the value to 'Push' or 'Sync'
Commit a change to a Git repository
The change is commited but the 'Post Commit Command' does never run and has to be manually pushed or synced afterwards

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes
