SQL Query Export to Python notebook inside Azure data studio

I want to export a SQL query result in a notebook to python (preferably a pandas DataFrame) without exporting it as a file such as CSV or JSON.

I connect to MS SQL Server with Universal MFA authentication on a macOS. I'm looking for a more simpler answer than mentioned here (Link).

I have searched for answers to this question extensively, but I didn't find a solution.
