How to run Mobius in VisualStudio in local mode #676

I can create a Scala project in Intellij or whatever tool, instantiate a SparkContext with default Conf, add HADOOP_HOME to the environment and run my code in the debugger. The total amount of time to do this the very first time was probably less than an hour (figuring things out)
I have spent several hours trying to do the same in VisualStudio with Mobius and I have not been successful. Could someone please share or publish the instructions on how to run HelloWorld with this framework please?
