I added support for the Micronucleus bootloader to AVRDUDE. Would you be interested in testing?

Typical usage: avrdude -c micronucleus -p t85 -x wait -V -U flash:w:yourfile.hex

Linux versions should be built from source https://github.com/avrdudes/avrdude/wiki/Building-AVRDUDE-for-Linux

You can find the latest Windows builds here (use the MSVC builds): https://github.com/avrdudes/avrdude/wiki/Getting-Nightly-Builds-for-AVRDUDE
