Does not seem to execute trades? - osx & coinbase

Greetings folks,

I have the tribeca bot up and running in production config on Coinbase. The bot appears to be running properly pulling in the markets & allows me to set in my parameters/mode/width/etc.. the bot places the "q" market offer, starts calculating spread and such, however at no point has it ever executed a trade? even when the parameters have been met for a market trade the bot simply does nothing?

Is there some config option I have left unset or something?

Any ideas would be highly appreciated.
